So you dig comics right? If you’re on this site I’m sure you do. Therefore, I’m assuming you would be interested in watching a film about the great American art of comic books. So check out this documentary hosted by writer/director Miguel Cima, who talks with comic book creators and retailers about the biz. He also conducts unique man-on-the-street experiments to find out what happened with America’s affection for comics.
The documentary (Dig Comics) has interviews with Eisner®-winning writer Jeph Loeb (Lost, Heroes), indie comics visionary Dame Darcy (Meatcake), and includes animation by Scott Shaw (The Flintstones, Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew) and Emmy®-winning Russell Calabrese (Pinky and the Brain). Overall, the documentary challenges America to Dig Comics.
